How we handle your information.
Great Hearts America collects only what is necessary to operate the network's schools and respond to inquiries — names, contact information, and the answers families voluntarily provide on application, tour, and donation forms.
What we collect
- Information submitted through interest-list, tour, and contact forms
- Application materials submitted through SchoolAxis or SchoolMint
- Donor information processed through the Foundation's giving platform (GoFundMe Pro / Classy)
- Aggregate, non-identifying analytics through Google Analytics 4 and Metricool
How we use it
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, process your application or donation, and improve the experience of the site. It is never sold. It is shared only with the platforms necessary to deliver the service you requested (e.g. a donation processor shares only what is required to complete the transaction).
Student records (FERPA)
Student educational records are governed by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Records are accessible to authorized school personnel and the family. Requests for records or corrections should be directed to the family's enrolled academy.
